This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the services provided by StreamGo BD (“StreamGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent digital service provider and payment facilitator operating in Bangladesh. This policy is adapted from your existing FanFlix structure and uploaded EULA reference.

By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.

1️⃣ Nature of Services

StreamGo BD operates as an independent third-party digital service provider that facilitates access to digital subscriptions, software licenses, gift cards, and online services using supported Bangladeshi payment methods.

StreamGo BD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

We do not:

  • Host or distribute copyrighted content

  • Modify or crack digital services

  • Bypass geo-restrictions illegally

  • Claim ownership of third-party services or trademarks

All third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies, and licensing agreements.

2️⃣ License Grant

Upon successful payment and delivery, StreamGo BD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access right to the purchased service or subscription, strictly subject to:

  • The original provider’s Terms of Service

  • End User License Agreement (EULA)

  • Community Guidelines

  • Platform usage policies

Any misuse or violation of third-party policies may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of service.

3️⃣ User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You will comply with all applicable policies and terms of the original service provider

  • You will not misuse, resell, redistribute, exploit, or abuse the service

  • You are solely responsible for how you use subscriptions or digital products purchased through StreamGo BD

  • Any unauthorized sharing, commercial use, suspicious activity, or violation of platform rules may result in termination without notice

StreamGo BD is not responsible for:

  • User misconduct

  • Unauthorized access

  • Device-related issues

  • Violations of third-party platform policies

4️⃣ Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, service names, and brand assets referenced on StreamGo BD belong to their respective owners.

These names are used strictly for identification, informational, and compatibility purposes only.

The appearance of third-party trademarks does not imply:

  • Ownership by StreamGo BD

  • Official authorization

  • Partnership

  • Sponsorship

  • Endorsement

StreamGo BD respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright and trademark laws.

5️⃣ Content Disclaimer

StreamGo BD does not:

  • Host or stream copyrighted content

  • Sell modified or unauthorized software/services

  • Provide illegal access to premium content

  • Circumvent official platform restrictions unlawfully

We operate solely as an independent digital service facilitator using locally supported payment methods.

6️⃣ Limitation of Liability

StreamGo BD shall not be held liable for:

  • Suspension or termination caused by violation of third-party policies

  • Changes made by original service providers

  • Subscription restrictions imposed by external platforms

  • Temporary interruptions or service downtime

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service usage

All purchases are made at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility.

7️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Refunds may only be issued when:

  • StreamGo BD fails to deliver the purchased service

  • The delivered product is invalid or non-functional

  • Activation fails due to our error

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • User mistakes

  • Change of mind

  • Device incompatibility

  • Violation of platform policies

  • Successful delivery completion

8️⃣ Account Access & Security

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality

  • Protecting login credentials

  • Preventing unauthorized access or misuse

Any suspicious activity, abuse, reselling, sharing beyond allowed limits, or policy violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

9️⃣ Service Suspension & Termination

StreamGo BD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any service without prior notice if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Platform abuse occurs

  • Terms are violated

  • Security concerns arise

  • Unauthorized usage is identified

🔟 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

1️⃣1️⃣ External Platform Responsibility

All services, subscriptions, and digital products available through StreamGo BD are ultimately controlled by their respective service providers.

Third-party companies may change:

  • Pricing

  • Features

  • Availability

  • Policies

  • Regional access

  • Terms of use

StreamGo BD is not responsible for changes made by external platforms.
